One sunny Christmas day when l was 10 years old growing up in Gippsland Australia l unwrapped a present from Santa that would change my life, a 110mm Kodak film camera. In an instance l was viewing the world through that tiny Kodak lens.
The creative world continued to come alive for me from childhood to adolescence, studying the visual arts, artists and photography followed by my first job in a camera store. Managing photographic labs for professional photographers, working as a photographic assistant and a studio manager further enhanced my knowledge and skills. These years of experience gave me the confidence to step out on my own and take on the world as a photographer.
That thrill l got all those years ago from Santa as a 10 year old is still ignited in me today when l take on new and exciting projects with other innovative professionals.
